and overseas and special screenings prior to the NYC release, I can
assure you, this is work we can all be proud of. Audiences have been
deeply affected by the film and energized around the story of man who
has been, and continues to be, a voice for real and meaningful
justice.
With the release of this film, Mumia Abu-Jamal is poised to
return to the mainstream consciousness of America and the world as a
leading voice in the movement against poverty, mass incarceration, and

See the film, encourage your friends and family to see the
film, when it opens February 1 in NYC at Cinema Village. The film
also opens in Seattle on Feb 22 and Los Angeles on March 1. Check the

But please know that getting people to the theater in NYC for
